- Examine materials and stated objective(s)
supplied by the client and produce a comprehensive research plan.
- Conduct research as outlined in the research plan.
- Provide a comprehensive report with photocopies of documents, when applicable.

Fees
- Fifty dollars per hour for consultation, research, analysis, and reports.
- Reimbursement of all driving expenses outside a thirty-five mile radius of Big Canoe billed at thirty-two and one-half cents a mile and twenty dollars an hour. Out of state travel will be negotiated with the client prior to the trip.
- Additional costs are invoiced for expenses, such as copies, phone/fax calls, etc.

Obligations of Client
- Clearly state research objective(s)
- Provide copies of previous research conducted on the particular line
- Authorize a specific or maximum number of hours (minimum of ten).
- A signed "Letter of Agreement" and retainer of at least two hundred twenty-five dollars are necessary for work to begin.
